档案作用群体认同消解：依据、机制与场景

摘要: 为更好地治理群体认同危机与“消极群体”问题，需要合理利用档案的群体认同消解功能。档案的属性决 定了档案具有作用群体认同消解的可能性，原始记录性能够去伪存真，揭露群体真相；记忆属性能够开拓视野，展示群 体全貌；媒介属性能够寄宿话语，影响群体认知。文章从档案实践引发情感波动、档案查证启动认同消解、认同消解联 结认同重塑三方面提出档案作用群体认同消解的机制，在此基础上以受难者群体认同、外来者群体认同、“迷茫”群体认 同为例，总结档案作用消极型群体认同消解的场景。

Abstract: In order to better manage the crisis of group identity and the problem of "negative groups", it is necessary to make a rational use of the function of archives in resolving group identity. The attributes of archives determine the possibility of group identity resolution, and the original recording feature of archives can eliminate falsehood and reveal the true information of the group. Memory attributes can broaden the horizons and showcase the full picture of a group. Media attributes can host discourses and influence group cognition. The article further proposes the mechanism of the role of archives in group identity resolution from three aspects: emotional fluctuations caused by archival practice, initiation of identity resolution through archival verification, and reshaping of identity resolution and connection. Based on that, this paper summarizes the scenarios of negative group identity resolution caused by archival effects, by taking the identity of victims, outsiders, and "confused" groups as examples.
