觉醒、解构与叙事化 ：后现代主义下我国社群档案建设的发展变化与时代定位

摘要: 后现代主义思潮具有批判挑战思维、去中心化、多维叙事等特征，为社群档案建设提供了新的视角与经验 启示。社群档案作为具有共同身份特征的社群成员所形成的、记录社群历史的文件集合，对满足人民群众的精神文化需 求，推动社会和谐发展，促进社会公平正义，拓展档案工作职能有着积极的推动作用。在后现代主义思潮的涌动下，社 群档案经历了主体认知变革、工作走向多元化、内容叙事化等发展变化。在当前国内环境下，应当依靠社群档案主体的 主动构建，深入构建社群实践的各个领域，促进社群档案叙事体系的发展，最终达成档案记忆价值的实现与社会认同， 发展具有中国特色的社群档案。

Abstract: Postmodernism has the characteristics of critically challenging thinking, decentralization and multidimensional narration, which provides new perspectives and experience enlightenment for the development of community archives. Community archives, as a collection of documents recording the history of the community formed by community members with common identity characteristics, have a positive role in meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the people, promoting the harmonious development of society, promoting social fairness and justice, and expanding the functions of archives undertakings. Under the surging trend of postmodernism, community archives have experienced the development and changes such as subjective cognitive change, diversified undertakings and narrative contents. In the current domestic environment, we should rely on the active development of community archives, development various fields of community practice, promote the development of the narrative system of community archives, finally achieve the realization of archival memory value and social recognition, and develop community archives with China characteristics.
