国家文化数字化战略下 档案文化创造性转化的逻辑理路

摘要: 国家文化数字化战略为档案文化创造性转化提供了指引。习近平文化思想为档案领 域践行国家文化数字化战略指明了方向，要求档案领域更加坚定地担负起新时代推动档案文化创 造性转化的使命任务。为贯彻落实习近平文化思想、深入推进国家文化数字化战略布局，档案领 域应增强历史自觉，树牢文化自信，立足档案文化内涵精粹与精神特质，结合时代语境与实践需 求，通过坚定政治立场、担负档案文化时代使命，聚焦数智赋能、助益档案文化效能增量，开辟利用 新局、推进档案文化活态传承，构筑人才生态、锻造档案文化智力引擎，探明新时代档案文化创造 性转化的实践理路，从而为建设社会主义文化强国、以中国式现代化全面推进档案事业高质量发 展贡献档案力量。

Abstract: The National Cultural Digitalization Strategy provides guidance for the creative transformation of archival culture. The Xi Jinping's Thought on Culture points out the direction for the archival field to practice the national cultural digitization strategy and requires the archival field to take up the mission of promoting the creative transformation of archival culture in the new era more firmly. In order to implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Culture and promote the strategic layout of national cultural digitization, the archival field should enhance historical self-awareness, build up cultural self-confidence, build on the essence and spiritual qualities of archival culture, and combine with the context of the times and the needs of practice, so as to undertake the mission of archival culture in the times by taking a firm political stance, focusing on the digital development and empowerment, and helping the archival culture to increase its efficiency, open up a new situation of utilization, promote the development of archival culture, and build an ecology of talent. Through a firm political stance, we will take up the mission of archival culture  in the era; focus on digital development to help increase the efficiency of archival culture; open up new utilization situation to promote the development of archival culture; construct talent ecology to forge the intellectual engine of archival culture; and explore practical ways of creative transformation of archival culture in the new era. So as to contribute to the development of a strong socialist cultural country and the high-quality development of archival undertakings with Chinese modernization.
