党和国家领导人关于档案重要论述的发展与启示

摘要: 党和国家领导人在不同场合发表过有关档案、档案工作与档案事业的论述。从纵向 发展的角度来看，毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平五位领导人的档案论述既具备共性又体 现出不同的侧重点。结合其发表论述的时代背景分析发现，五位领导人对档案价值的认知与时代 相契合、反映社会需求，要求档案工作环节不断拓展、规范性逐渐加强，指引档案事业的管理体制 调整优化、法制建设逐渐强化。

Abstract: On different occasions, leaders of the Communist Party of China have made statements about archives, archival work and archival undertakings. Based on the analysis of the historical background, it is found that the cognition of the value of archives of the five CPC leadership is in line with the times and reflects the social needs, requiring the continuous expansion of the links of archival work and the gradual strengthening of standardization, then guiding the adjustment and optimization of the management system of archives and the gradual improvement of the development of legal system.
