文旅融合背景下的红色档案资源开发：理论逻辑、现状分析与优化路径

摘要: 立足以文塑旅的政策导向，开发红色档案资源能够有效赋能旅游发展。当前我国文旅 产业中的红色档案资源开发工作在选材、规划、教育、体验以及宣传层面存在一定问题，可从五个 方面加以优化：文化引导，树立红色档案文化品牌；合理规划，构建红色文旅开发网络；体验参与， 弘扬红色档案基因；数智赋能，搭建红色档案虚拟空间；融媒共享，构建红色档案开发矩阵。

Abstract: Based on the policy orientation of developing tourism via cultural means, developing red archival resources can effectively empower tourism development. There are certain problems in the development of red archival resources in China’s culture and tourism industry at the levels of material selection, planning, education, experience, and promotion, which can be optimized from five aspects: cultural guidance, establish the cultural brand of red archives; rational planning, build a red cultural tourism development network; experience and participation, carry forward the traditions and spirit of the red archives; digital intelligence empowerment, build a virtual space of red archives; media integration and sharing, build a matrix of red archives development.
