档案数据赋能数字政府建设的逻辑机理、运行机制与推进策略

摘要: 档案数据作为宝贵的社会信息资源，在推进数字政府建设中发挥着重要作用。基于数 据要素化背景，文章从赋能前提、赋能动力、赋能保障三个角度阐述了档案数据赋能数字政府建设 的逻辑机理，围绕主体协同、数据共享、技术应用、政策优化四个维度探讨档案数据赋能数字政府 建设的运行机制，并在此基础上为档案数据进一步赋能数字政府建设提供思路和参考。

Abstract: As a valuable social information resource, archival data plays an important role in promoting the development of digital government. Based on the background of data factorization, this article elaborates the logical mechanism of archival data empowering digital government development from three perspectives of empowering premise, empowering power, empowering guarantee, discusses the operation mechanism of archival data empowering digital government development around the four dimensions of subject synergy, data sharing, technological application, and policy optimization, and puts forward the promotion strategy of archival data empowering digital government development on the basis of which to provide ideas and references for archival data empowering digital government development.
