Total Community-oriented Human Resource Management Style to Common Prosperity

摘要: 本文尝试通过管理创新构建实现共同富裕的全面利益共同体治理模式,促进平台经济的利益相关者多元主体共建、共创、共治、共享,通过协作,达成社会价值最大化。指出中国情境下全面利益共同体治理的管理哲学理念为自我超越利他的成人达己。

Abstract: The research indigenously explore construct of total community human resource management style(referred to TC-HRMS) that cultivating sense of community in organizations in ethical perspective by method of literature review. This study will probably make three important contributions. First, it will provide connotation for Chinese firms aims to achieve sustainable competitive advantage on building harmonious employment relations and promoting employees’ affective outputs . Second, it will make an innovative contribution to theory and research on SHRM systems beyond the economic logic. Third, it will possibly find that ethical perspective of TC-HRMS is Ego-Altruism which is different with the western Teleology Utilitarian and deontology Altruism .
