AIGC赋能档案知识服务：价值意蕴与应用场景

摘要: 人工智能时代，人工智能生成内容（AIGC）在颠覆内容生产行业的同时，也驱动着其 他领域的革新与发展。AIGC赋能档案知识服务，将助推档案资源知识转化效能的提升、档案知识 融合障碍的清除以及档案知识服务交互体验的优化。AIGC融入档案知识服务涉及知识组织、知 识生产与知识供应三大环节的具体场景，可通过夯实资源基础、促进质效提升、提升用户体验等共 同推动档案服务的转型升级。

Abstract: In the era of artificial intelligence, Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) is not only subverting the content production industry, but also driving innovation and development in other fields. AIGC enables archival knowledge service, which will promote the efficiency of archival resource knowledge transformation, remove the obstacles of archival knowledge fusion and optimize the interactive experience of archival knowledge service. The integration of AIGC into the three specific scenarios of knowledge organization, knowledge production and knowledge supply involved in archival knowledge services can jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of archival services from the aspects of consolidating the resource base, promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency, and improving user experience.
