Theoretical Exploration and Practical Action:Reconstructing the Curriculum System for MLIS Based on Data Management as the Underlying Logic
摘要: [目的/意义]以数据管理为底层逻辑,实现图情专硕课程体系的重建与再造,是信息资源管理领域适应新质生产力发展要求的根本举措。[方法/过程]首先,基于数据要素发展实践提出并剖析了数据要素所兼具的公益性和竞争性二元结构。其次,以中国人民大学图书情报专业硕士数据管理方向(MlisDA)项目为实例,从课程体系和课程实践两方面介绍了以数据要素二元结构为底层逻辑构建数据管理课程体系的具体实践。[结果/结论]以数据要素的二元结构为底层逻辑构建数据管理课程体系,实现对图书情报专业硕士课程体系的重建与再造,既能够继承图情档学科的公益属性,又能够紧扣数据要素市场发展的前沿需求,体现了信息资源管理学科对新兴的数字经济和数据要素市场发展的响应和顺承。
Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Leveraging data management as the foundational logic to achieve the reconstruction and reengineering of the curriculum system for Master of Library and Information Studies is crucial for adapting to the evolving demands of new quality productive forces in information resource management. [Method/Process] First, this study proposes and analyzes the dual structure of publicity and competitiveness of data elements based on their development practices. Second, it illustrates the practical implementation of constructing a data management curriculum system using this binary structure, with a case study of the MlisDA project from Renmin University of China, focusing on curriculum system and practice. [Result/Conclusion] Utilizing the binary structure of data elements as foundational logic to develop the data management course system enables a comprehensive reconstruction of the library and information professional master’s curriculum. This approach preserves the publicity attributes of the Library and Information Science while aligning with the advanced demands of the data element market, demonstrating the discipline’s response to and alignment with the emerging digital economy and data market trends.
