新质生产力赋能红色档案资源保护与开发策略

摘要: 摘 要：[目的/意义]新质生产力作为中国共产党在新中国成立以来对生产力发展的最新理论创新，为档案工作的高质量发展带来了全新机遇。[方法/过程]本文深入剖析了新质生产力与档案工作之间的紧密关联，详细分析新质生产力背景下红色档案资源建设的显著特征、当前挑战与时代趋势。基于这些分析，[结果/结论]提出了在资源建设、技术应用、利用方式创新以及人才培养与队伍建设等方面的具体策略，以期通过数字化、智能化等先进手段，有效提升红色档案资源的保护与开发水平，进一步推动红色档案资源的传承与广泛利用，为档案事业的持续、健康发展提供坚实的理论支撑与实践指导。

Abstract: Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]As the latest theoretical innovation in the development of productivity since the founding of the Communist Party of China in New China, new productivity has brought new opportunities for the high-quality development of archival work.  [Method/Process]This article provides an in-depth analysis of the close connection between new quality productivity and archival work, and a detailed analysis of the salient features, current challenges, and trends of the times in the construction of red archival resources under the background of new quality productivity.  Based on these analyses, [Result/Conclusion]specific strategies are proposed in terms of resource construction, technology application, utilization innovation, talent training and team building, in order to effectively improve the protection and development level of red archive resources through digitalization, intelligence and other advanced means, and further Promote the inheritance and extensive utilization of red archival resources and provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable and healthy development of the archives industry.
