论人工智能技术在高校档案服务平台建设中的应用

摘要: 人工智能技术赋能高校档案服务平台建设，有利于提高高校档案管理工作的效率，促 进高校档案利用与服务水平的提升。文章分析了人工智能应用于高校档案服务平台建设的必要 性，从高校档案工作的收集、管理、利用三个方面阐述了人工智能技术在高校档案服务平台建设中 的应用，在此基础上总结出人工智能技术应用于高校档案服务平台建设时面临的问题，并提出了 相应的优化建议，以期为人工智能技术更好地赋能高校档案工作提供参考和启示。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence technology empowers the development of university archival service platforms, which is conducive to improving the efficiency of university archival management and promoting the improvement of university archives utilization and service levels. This paper analyzes the necessity of artificial intelligence application to the development of university archival service platforms, expounds the application of artificial intelligence technology in the development of university archival service platforms from three aspects: collection, management and utilization of university archives, summarizes the problems faced by artificial intelligence technology in the development of university archival service platforms, and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions, in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the application of artificial intelligence technology in better empowering archival undertakings in universities .
