摘要: 科技兴档和档案重点实验室建设背景下,档案科研人员创新能力建设尤为重要。文章 分析了解构计划行为理论在档案科研人员创新能力建设中的适用性和价值,解构出影响档案科研 人员创新行为意向的感知有用性、感知易用性、人际影响、社会影响、自我效能和便利条件等因素, 据此提出完善激励政策、搭建交流平台、注重个人发展、净化创新生态、调整知识结构、丰富数据资 源等针对性干预措施,用以推动档案科研人员创新能力建设。
Abstract: Under the background of empowering archival undertakings via science and technology and developing archival key laboratories, the development of innovation capacity of archival researchers is particularly important. This paper first analyzes the applicability and value of the decomposed theory of planned behavior in the development of innovation capacity of archival researchers, and then deconstructs the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, interpersonal influence, social influence, self-efficacy and convenience of archival researchers’ innovation behavior intention. In order to promote the innovation capacity building of archival researchers, targeted intervention measures such as improving incentive policies, building communication platforms, focusing on personal development, purifying innovation ecology, adjusting knowledge structure, and enriching data resources are proposed.
