档案部门参与政府智慧治理的维度解析与路径探索

摘要: 新时代档案部门正向数据化、智慧化转型并融入政府智慧化治理新格局。文章通过分 析政府智慧治理的发展现状以及档案部门与政府智慧治理的互动情况，归纳总结了档案部门参与 政府智慧治理的四个维度，即奠定资源基础、指导数据应用、融合治理生态、提升服务效能，最后围 绕档案数据化建设、档案工作融合、协同共治机制和数据服务能力四个方面提出了档案部门参与 智慧治理的推进路径。

Abstract: In the new era, the archival departments are transforming to the direction of data and intelligence, and integrating into the new pattern of intelligent governance of the society. By analyzing the development status of smart governance and the interaction between archival departments and government governance, this paper summarizes four dimensions of archival departments' participation in smart governance, namely, laying resource foundation, guiding data application, integrating governance ecology, and improving service efficiency. Finally, it puts forward the promotion path of the archival departments' participation in smart governance from four aspects: archival data construction, archival undertaking integration, collaborative governance mechanism and data service capability.
