Technology and System: Interconstructive Relationship between AIGC and Future Learning Center and Practical Implications

摘要:     生成式人工智能AIGC技术与未来学习中心制度二者间的互构关系识别与剖析,是指引图书馆在数智时代耦合技术工具与事业价值的关键的理论议题。技术与制度互构的理论因应分析表明AIGC与未来学习中心正从“技术决定”转向“共生互促”、从“工具理性”转向“价值理性”,理论共识也逐渐引导趋于数据为核心要素、平台为关键媒介和服务为最终导向。AIGC技术与未来学习中心制度互构关系的具象实践路径包括从被动使用到主动治理的数据赋能、从物理空间到数字空间的空间赋能和从局部优化到整体塑造的服务赋能。其中处于核心地位的服务创新内容则涵盖了强化数字素养教育价值,规避公正性、多样性与包容性风险,加快知识产权数智治理进程等。面对未来高等教育变革要求,图书馆还需要适配AIGC应用伦理规则、贴合用户知识学习样态、开发集成服务平台和瞄定新质生产力发展,以进一步促进二者协同交互的互动效率和融合共洽的互构关系。

Abstract: The identification and analysis of the inter-constructive relationship between generative AI AIGC technology and the future learning center system is a key theoretical issue that guides libraries in coupling technological tools and business values in the age of digital intelligence. The theoretical analysis of technology-institution inter-construction shows that AIGC and future learning center are shifting from “technological decision” to “symbiosis and mutual promotion”, from “instrumental rationality” to “value”, and from “instrumental rationality” to “value”. “The theoretical consensus is gradually shifting from data as the core element, platform as the key medium, and service as the ultimate orientation. from passive use to active governance, spatial empowerment from physical space to digital space, and service empowerment from local optimization to overall shaping. The service innovation at the center of the process covers strengthening the value of digital literacy education, avoiding the risks of equity, diversity and inclusion, and accelerating the process of digital governance of intellectual property. In the face of future changes in higher education, libraries also need to adapt to the AIGC’s application of ethical rules, fit users’ knowledge learning patterns, develop integrated service platforms, and aim at the development of new quality productivity, in order to further promote the efficiency of the two synergistic interactions and the integration of the mutual structure of the relationship between the two. The Future Learning Center is a new type of grassroots learning organization.
