基于SWOT分析的中非跨境电商平台选品研究——以 kilimall 为例

Research on Product Selection for China-Africa Cross-border E-commerce Platforms Based on SWOT Analysis——A Case Study of Kilimall

摘要: 随着“一带一路”建设的深入推进,中非合作愈发紧密,非洲跨境电商已成为电商蓝海市场。非洲众多跨境电商中Kilimall至2014年成立以来,发展态势迅猛,成为第一家进入非洲互联网的中国企业,同时也是唯一在非洲实现赢利的跨境电商平台公司,因此吸引着许多中国跨境电商商家的入驻,随之商家之间的竞争也愈发强烈,选品成为提高跨境企业自身竞争力的重要因素。本文基于SWOT方法分析Kilimall选品,提出选品建议,助力提高企业的竞争力。

Abstract: With the deepening of the "Belt and Road" initiative, China-Africa cooperation has become increasingly close, and African cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a blue ocean market for e-commerce expansion. Among many cross-border e-commerce platforms with Africa, Kilimall has developed rapidly since its inception in 2014. It is the first Chinese enterprise to enter the Internet in Africa, and also the only cross-border e-commerce platform company to achieve profitability in Africa, thus attracting many Chinese cross-border e-commerce merchants. With the increasingly intense
competition among merchants, sorting is an important factor to improve the competence of cross-border enterprises. Based on the SWOT method, the paper analyzes Kilimall sorting and puts forward suggestions to help improve the competence of the enterprise.
