从协同创新到系统变革：第四届信息资源管理期刊发展论坛征文主题整体性与前瞻性研究

摘要: [目的/意义]随着信息资源管理领域的迅猛发展，学术出版面临新的机遇与挑战。第四届信息资源管理期刊发展论坛提出了四个关键研究主题，涵盖人工智能时代期刊的创新发展、新质生产力的赋能模式、学术期刊对学科发展的推动作用，以及学术期刊与预印本平台协同发展的新生态构建。本文旨在揭示这些主题的内在逻辑及其相互关系，探讨它们对未来学术出版与信息资源管理领域的深远影响。[方法/过程]本研究采用系统性分析方法，综合运用核心内容综述、比喻模型与结构映射，深入解读四个研究主题的理论框架与实践路径。通过对各主题的细致剖析，研究了其在信息资源管理领域的应用场景及创新价值，探索其背后的理论必要性与学术贡献。[结果/结论]研究表明，这四个主题不仅各自具有独立的研究意义，还在理论与实践层面相互补充，构成了推动信息资源管理创新发展的有机整体。它们为未来的学术出版模式、知识传播机制及信息资源管理体系的发展提供了前瞻性指导，具有重要的理论和实践价值。

Abstract: Abstract：[Purpose/Significance] With the rapid development of information resource management, academic publishing faces new opportunities and challenges. The fourth Information Resource Management Journal Development Forum proposed four key research topics, including the innovative development of journals in the era of artificial intelligence, the enabling mode of new quality productivity, the promotion role of academic journals to disciplinary development, and the new ecological construction of the collaborative development of academic journals and preprint platforms. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the internal logic of these topics and their interrelations, and to explore their far-reaching impact on the future academic publishing and information resource management field. [Method/Process] This study adopts a systematic analysis method, synthesizes the core content review, figurative model and structural mapping, and deeply interprets the theoretical framework and practical path of the four research topics. Through the detailed analysis of each topic, the paper studies its application scenarios and innovative value in the field of information resource management, and explores the theoretical necessity and academic contribution behind it. [Result/Conclusion] The research shows that these four topics not only have independent research significance, but also complement each other in theory and practice, forming an organic whole to promote the innovation and development of information resource management. They provide forward-looking guidance for the future development of academic publishing model, knowledge dissemination mechanism and information resource management system, and have important theoretical and practical value.
