知识管理赋能新质生产力高速发展

摘要: 新质生产力是有技术革命性突破、生产要素创新配置、产业深度转型而催生的新的生产力质态，知识资源作为企业卓越绩效发展的战略资源，数字经济发展新时代新质生产力发展在牵引力、方向和评价引导等方面的重要意义。论文通过分析知识管理和新质生产力各要素间的辩证关系，指出在知识资源管理体系建设、知识应用、知识配置对新质生产力的价值，提出了数字化时代下的知识管理是新质生产力发展的引擎，构建以知识管理为核心的企业产业链平台，通过技术创兴、物理性能的数字模拟和人才培养，实现了技术创新、生产资料、生产流程、生产效率、产品结构、产品质量、生产成本的优化优质处理，从知识的分析，获得市场的需求和偏好，精准定位产品和服务，进而改变了人类生活和生产的方式，为企业带来更大利润空间，重塑社会发展新格局。

Abstract:  New quality productive forces are new form of productive forces generated by technological revolutionary breakthrough, innovative allocation of production factors and deep industrial transformation. As a strategic resource for the development of enterprise excellent performance, knowledge resources play an important role in the development of new quality productive forces in the new era of digital economy development in terms of traction, direction and evaluation guidance. By analyzing the dialectical relationship between knowledge resources management and new quality productive forces, this paper points out the value of knowledge resources management system construction, knowledge application and knowledge allocation to new quality productive forces, proposes that knowledge resources management in the digital era is the engine for the development of new quality productive forces.Building an enterprise industry chain platform with knowledge management as the core and through technological innovation, digital simulation of physical properties and personnel training, we have realized technological innovation and optimization of means of production, production process, production efficiency, product structure, product quality and production costs. From the analysis of knowledge, we can obtain market needs and preferences, and accurately locates products and services, so as to change the way of human life and production, bringing greater profit margin for enterprises and reshaping a new pattern of social development.
