基于知识图谱的科技成果转化、应用及推广模式研究

摘要: 挖掘各科技成果转化之间的知识关联、探究科技成果应用的路径及特征，提出科技成果新模式。对新一代信息技术领域的科技成果转化相关知识分类、编码及关系定义，构建科技成果转化知识图谱，实现知识关联可视化，探究科技成果的应用现状；通过转化关联分析，结合科技成果应用推广实例，提出科技成果的AMP模式，推动科技成果向各领域扩散，进而促进科技创新应用。不同行业领域的科技成果转化存在交叉，科技成果应用推广的相关主体存在双向关联，未来有望实现科技成果的交叉创新、应用和推广。本研究对实现科技成果的交叉应用、促进科技成果的示范性推广具有理论和实践意义。
 

Abstract: To excavate the knowledge correlation between the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, explore the path and characteristics of the application of scientific and technological achievements, and put forward a new model of scientific and technological achievements. Classification, coding and relationship definition of the field of information technology, construct the knowledge map and explore the application status of scientific and technological achievements. Through the examples of transformation and correlation analysis, put forward the AMP model of scientific and technological achievements, so as to promote the diffusion of scientific and technological achievements to various fields, thus promoting the application of scientific and technological innovation. There is a crossover in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in different industries and fields, and the relevant subjects of the application and promotion of scientific and technological achievements have a two-way correlation. Therefore, it is expected that the cross-innovation, application and promotion of scientific and technological achievements will be realized in the future. This study has theoretical and practical significance to realize the cross application of scientific and technological achievements and promote the demonstration promotion of scientific and technological achievements.
