中国图书馆学话语体系建设论纲

摘要: 在构建中国特色哲学社会科学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系与建构中国自主的知识体系的时代背景下，话语体系是推进中国图书馆学学科建设与创新的重要抓手。图书馆学话语体系作为以图书馆学为中心的话语结构与功能体，具有规范学科专业交流、维系学科基本建制、塑造学科价值形象的重要作用。目前图书馆学话语体系面临话语主体实力不振、话语内容认知不清、话语方式运用局限、话语效果作用阻滞等关键痛点，亟需在理论性与实践性的同义、创新性与传承性的结合、民族性与世界性的协调、专业性与延伸性的融合的基础上明确理念指引，通过提炼标志彰显话语特色、学科融合创新话语表达、面向实践优化话语传播、多元融通开拓话语格局等途径推进中国图书馆学话语体系建设。

Abstract: In the context of building a discipline system, academic system, discourse system, and constructing an independent knowledge system with Chinese characteristics in philosophy and social sciences, the discourse system is an important lever for promoting the construction and innovation of the discipline of library science in China. The discourse system of library science, as a discourse structure and functional entity centered on library science, plays an important role in regulating disciplinary and professional exchanges, maintaining the basic structure of disciplines, and shaping the value image of disciplines. At present, the discourse system of library science is facing key pain points such as weak discourse subject strength, unclear cognition of discourse content, limited use of discourse methods, and obstruction of discourse effects. It is urgent to clarify the conceptual guidance based on the synonymous theoretical and practical aspects, the combination of innovation and inheritance, the coordination of national and global aspects, and the integration of professionalism and extension. Through refining symbols to highlight discourse characteristics, integrating disciplines to innovate discourse expression, optimizing discourse dissemination for practice, and exploring discourse patterns through diversified integration, the construction of China’s library science discourse system can be promoted.
