双系统理论视角下公众谣言传播行为形成机理研究

摘要: [目的/意义]针对网络谣言危害加剧、谣言传播行为治理效能不足等问题，从双系统理论视角分析了公众谣言传播行为的形成机理和认知博弈过程，为完善公众非理性行为治理体系和健全网络生态治理长效机制提供决策建议。[方法/过程]通过分析大脑冲动系统和抑制系统的作用机制及影响关系，构建公众谣言传播行为的理论假设模型，并通过实证分析对模型中的假设关系进行验证。[结果/结论]结果表明，大脑冲动系统会驱动公众产生即时冲动心理，进而激发谣言传播行为；而大脑抑制系统会加强公众对信息的真实性感知，弱化冲动系统的影响并抑制谣言传播行为的形成。此外，真实性感知会负向影响即时冲动心理，并在其与谣言传播行为间起调节作用；即时冲动心理在冲动系统与谣言传播行为间起部分中介作用，真实性感知在抑制系统与谣言传播行为间起完全中介作用。

Abstract:  [Purpose/significance] In response to the escalating damage of online rumors and the limited effectiveness of rumor governance, this paper excavates the formation mechanisms of user’s rumor propagation behavior and the cognitive game processes from the perspective of Dual-System Theory. It provides reference and suggestions for improving the governance system of user’s irrational behavior and establishing the sustainable mechanism of internet ecological governance. [Method/process] By analyzing the functional mechanisms and influence dynamics between the brain’s impulsive systems and inhibitory systems, the theoretical hypothesis model of user’s rumor propagation behavior is constructed. Then the hypothesized relationships within the model are subsequently validated through empirical analysis. [Result/conclusion] The results show that the brain’s impulsive system drives users to experience immediate impulsive mindset, which trigger rumor propagation behavior. In contrast, the brain’s inhibitory system enhances the user’s perception of information authenticity, weakening the influence of the impulsive system and inhibiting the formation of rumor propagation behavior. Furthermore, perceived authenticity negatively impacts immediate impulsive mindset and negatively moderates the relationship between immediate impulsive mindset and rumor propagation behavior. It is essential to highlight that immediate impulsive mindset partially mediate the relationship between the impulsive system and rumor propagation behavior, while perceived authenticity fully mediates the relationship between the inhibitory system and rumor propagation behavior.
