图书馆信息系统采用模型——馆员与厂商共同建构的民族志知识

摘要: [目的]作者基于厂商有一款信息系统产品能为图书馆带来价值的研究情境，通过研究初期的研究准备、参与观察和文献回顾，回答信息系统被图书馆采用的影响因素为何的研究问题。[方法]本文采用以人类学民族志为主的质性研究方法，作者从馆员身份转变为厂商，以完全参与者的身份进入厂商世界从2018至2023年进行长达六年多的参与观察，建构系统厂商世界的社会真实情境，以掌握和理解他们在图书馆竞争市场的意义，搜集48个成功案例与14个失败案例之田野工作的实战经验、招标文档、研究笔记和和实时通讯，通过故事重写和主题分析等方法提出“图书馆信息系统采用模型”。[结果]该模型包含产品状况、厂商状况、客户状况、对手状况、信任程度、互动程度、产品价值、采用方式八种影响因素及其关系。本文的研究结果展现信息资源管理领域的民族志研究诠释社会科学和商业领域议题的学术价值，贡献信息系统成功既有相关理论未触及之视角。

Abstract: [Purpose] Based on the situation where a vendor has an information system product that can bring value to the library, through preliminary research preparation, participant observation and literature review, the author answers the research questions of the influencing factors of libraries adopting the information system. [Method] This article adopts a qualitative research method mainly based on ethnography in anthropology. The author transformed the role of librarian into a member of vendors to enter the new world as a full participant. From 2018 to 2023, the author conducted participant observation for more than 6 years and constructed a context of social reality in the system vendors’ world, in order to grasp and understand their significance in the library competition market. Work experience, bidding documents, research notes and instant messaging content of 48 successful cases and 14 failed cases were collected. A Library Information Systems Adoption Model (LISAM) was proposed through story rewriting and thematic analysis methods. [Result] LISAM includes eight influencing factors and their relationships: product status, vendor status, client status, competitor status, trust level, interaction level, product value, and adoption method. This article demonstrates the academic value of ethnographic research in the field of information resource management to interpret issues in the social sciences and business fields, and it fills the research gaps in existing theories related to the success model of information systems.
