重大突发事件中网络信息传播效果影响因素的元整合分析

摘要: [目的/意义]针对现有重大突发事件网络信息传播效果影响因素的实证研究，使用元分析方法，以期得出客观且一致的影响因素及其相关关系。[方法/过程]采用元分析方法，对搜集的31篇实证研究中的数据进行定量分析，探究影响因素及其影响程度和方向，从传播渠道类型和重大突发事件类型两个方面探讨影响因素与重大突发事件网络信息传播效果之间的调节效应。[结果/结论]研究发现，16个因素对重大突发事件网络信息传播效果有显著正向影响，其中图文拼接类型影响强度最高；信息内容可信度、叙事情感倾向、超链接、视频时长、话题标签、发布者影响力、信息来源呈现出中度相关；文本长度、主题类型、语体特征、文字视频类型、图片视频类型、性别、事件严重性、发布位置相关性最弱。同时验证了传播渠道类型和重大突发事件类型对重大突发事件网络信息传播效果具有调节作用。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This study employs a meta-analysis approach to comprehensively reanalyze relevant research in the field to address the issue of inconsistent conclusions in existing empirical studies on the factors influencing the effectiveness of network information dissemination during major emergencies. The aim is to identify objective and consistent influencing factors and their interrelationships. [Method/process] Meta-analysis methods were employed to quantitatively analyze data from 31 empirical studies, aiming to investigate the influencing factors, their extent of influence, and directionality. This study explores the moderating effect between the influencing factors and the effect of network information dissemination of major emergencies in terms of the type of dissemination channels and the type of major emergencies. [Result/conclusion] The analysis reveals that 16 factors exert a significant positive influence on the effectiveness of network information dissemination during major emergencies. Among these factors, the type of graphic integration exhibits the highest level of impact. Information content credibility, narrative emotional valence, presence of hyperlinks, video duration, use of hashtags, publisher influence, and information source demonstrate moderate correlations. In contrast, text length, topic category, stylistic features, text-video format, image-video format, gender, event severity, and posting location exhibit the weakest correlations. Furthermore, it is validated that the type of dissemination channels and the type of major emergencies exert a moderating effect on the effectiveness of network information dissemination during such events.
