The Enablement of Knowledge Graph on the Performance of Nuclear Power Plant Overhaul
摘要: 随着科学发展从数字时代进入到数据时代,科学研究进入的第四范式。知识密集型的核电站大修,在激烈的市场竞争中,更渴求能够获得更全面、更高效便捷的档案信息服务,以提高绩效。论文分析了电站大修绩效要求高、大修因资源处于孤岛现状而导致大修绩效不高等现象,提出了数字大修的概念,系统阐述了如何利用知识图谱技术以结构化形式描述数字维修及大修绩效管理活动、大修实体数据和实体概念之间的关系,将大修相关复杂的数据表达成更接近大修管理者和大修参与者认知的世界形式,提供了一种更好组织、管理和理解海量数据的能力,从而实现核电站以安全稳定运行为前提,在绩效计划、绩效辅导、过程实施、绩效考核和绩效反馈等全范围的绩效管理,引导大修活动在安全、质量和进度等各方面持续改进,追求卓越大修管理水平和大修业绩目标。
Abstract: With the development of science from the digital era to the data era, scientific research has entered the fourth paradigm. In the fierce market competition, knowledge-intensive nuclear power plant overhaul is increasingly eager to obtain more comprehensive, more efficient and convenient archival information services to improve performance.
This paper analyzes the phenomenon of high requirement for overhaul performance of power station and low overhaul performance due to the status quo of isolated resources in overhaul, puts forward the concept of digital overhaul, and systematically expounds how to use knowledge graph technology to describe the relationship between digital maintenance and overhaul performance management activities, overhaul physical data and entity concept in a structured form.
By expressing complex data related to overhaul into a world form that is closer to the cognition of overhaul managers and overhaul participants, it provides a better ability to organize, manage and understand massive data, so as to realize the comprehensive performance management of nuclear power plants in performance planning, performance coaching, process implementation, performance appraisal and performance feedback on the premise of safe and stable operation and lead overhaul activities to continuously improve safety, quality and schedule, and pursue excellent overhaul management level and overhaul performance targets.
