数智技术赋能共同富裕：关系适配、问题解构与路径优化

摘要: 新时代数智技术引发了社会经济文化发展的空间场域、时间场域、主体场域的深度变革，展现出强大的数字经济生产能力和转化能力，对于推动人类社会实现共同富裕具有重大价值。随着数智技术与社会经济的深度融合，形成了数智技术与共同富裕的目标建构适配、发展理念适配、实践路径适配、技术支持适配、协同发展适配。然而，数智技术赋能共同富裕也引发了人机关系伦理问题的深度思考，重新审视技术变革所带来影响，使得共同富裕建设过程中面临基础薄弱、模糊迷失、智能融合不深、共同体结构分散等问题，进而制约了共同富裕的数字化发展路径。由此，基于数智技术视域下，有必要从强化基础、技术规制、稳定结构、共同体建构层面探索数智技术赋能共同富裕的科学路径，以进一步推进共同富裕的数字化创新发展建设，实现数智技术生产、创造和赋能提质。

Abstract: The new era of digital intelligence technology has triggered deep changes in the spatial, temporal and subjective fields of socio-economic and cultural development, demonstrating powerful digital economic production capacity and transformation capability, which is of great value in promoting the realization of common wealth in human society.With the deep integration of digital intelligence technology and social economy, it has formed the goal construction fit, development concept fit, practice path fit, technical support fit and synergistic development fit of digital intelligence technology and common wealth.However, digital intelligence technology empowering common wealth has also triggered in-depth reflection on the ethical issues of human-computer relations, and a re-examination of the impacts of technological change, which has led to the construction of common wealth facing problems such as weak foundations, ambiguity and disorientation, lack of deeper integration of intelligence, and fragmentation of the community structure, which in turn constrains the digitalized path of development for the commonwealth.Therefore, based on the perspective of digital intelligence technology, it is necessary to explore the scientific path of digital intelligence technology empowering common wealth from the levels of strengthening the foundation, technology regulation, stabilizing the structure, and community construction, in order to further promote the construction of digital innovation and development of common wealth, and to realize the quality of production, creation and empowerment of digital intelligence technology.
