Analysis of the Path of Rural Revitalization with Digital Agricultural Product E-commerce as the Core
摘要: 乡村振兴战略被视为解决“三农”问题的重要举措,而农产品电商是实现这一战略的有力抓手。农产品电商的蓬勃发展有助于农民脱贫增收、推动农业产业化,在带来新发展的同时也面临新挑战,主要包括相关配套建设的滞后性、区域发展的不均衡性以及发展结构的不可持续性。伴随数字经济的快速发展,数字技术在推进农产品电子商务改革方面的应用尤为关键。这对于促进农业经济向数字化转型进程,以及加快乡村振兴步伐都具有极其重要的作用。我国应积极运用多种数字化技术,以数字农产品电商为核心,聚焦于优化落实相关配套设施建设、创新农产品电商发展模式、建构可持续链式发展体系三个关键方面,为农产品电商的发展提供新的思路和方向,以期更好地推进数字化乡村振兴。
Abstract: The rural revitalization strategy is regarded as an important measure to address issues related to the agriculture, countryside, and farmers, and the e-commerce of agricultural products is an effective starting point for implementing this strategy. The vigorous development of e-commerce of agricultural products can help farmers get rid of poverty and increase their income, as well as promote agricultural industrialization. While bringing about new opportunities, it also faces new challenges, mainly including the lag in related supporting infrastructure construction, the imbalance in regional development, and the unsustainability of the development structure. With the rapid development of the digital economy, the application of digital technologies is particularly crucial in advancing the reform of agricultural product e-commerce. This plays an extremely important role in promoting the digital transformation of the agricultural economy and accelerating the pace of rural revitalization. With digital agricultural product e-commerce as the core, focusing on three key aspects—optimizing the related supporting infrastructure construction, innovating development models of agricultural product e-commerce, and building a sustainable chain development system. China should proactively utilize multiple digital technologies to provide new ideas and directions for the development of agricultural product e-commerce , aiming to better promote digital rural revitalization.
