摘要: 随着加快建设全国统一大市场工作的不断深化，要素市场化配置改革不断推进，存量市场资源优化愈发高效运转，市场主体对盘活资产、提高资产运行效率提出了更高要求。基于此，产权交易市场发展迎来了新机遇，也随之面临新的挑战。从发展历史来看，产权交易市场致力于服务各类所有制企业及生产要素全生命周期优化配置，对促进要素市场化配置改革、推进全国统一大市场建设起到了至关重要的作用。在经济新常态和高质量发展要求下，产权交易市场将发挥核心交易职能，进一步凸显协同发展和服务能力。

Abstract: With the accelerated and deepened work of building a national unified large market and the continuous advancement of factor market-oriented allocation reform, the optimization of existing market resources operates more efficiently. Market entities now place higher demands on revitalizing assets and improving asset operational efficiency. In light of this, the development of property rights trading markets has encountered new opportunities and challenges. Historically, property rights trading markets have been dedicated to optimizing the allocation of various ownership enterprises and production factors throughout their life cycles, playing a crucial role in promoting factor market-oriented allocation reform and advancing the construction of the national unified large market. Under the requirements of the new economic normal and high-quality development, property rights trading markets will play a central role in trading functions, further highlighting their collaborative development and service capabilities.
