Traceability and Relief of Role Dilemmas of Novice Elementary School Teachers
摘要: 教师几乎是唯一需要新手与老手履行相同职责、承担相同责任的职业,当代新手教师在职业适应中面临着诸多挑战,容易陷入角色困境。“现实冲击”的压迫、权利地位的失衡和“可能自我”的破碎是形成新手教师角色困境的主要原因。纾解新手教师角色困境,教师、学校和社会需要进一步配合与协作,通过优化招聘标准、加强在职培训、整合人员配置、改进评价体系等手段,进一步明确角色定位、厘清角色边界、调整角色负荷,让新手教师在复杂的关系和边界中找到合适的姿态与位置,走出角色困境,促进个体社会化。
Abstract: Teaching is almost the only profession that requires novices and veterans to fulfill the same duties and responsibilities. Contemporary, novice teachers face many challenges in their professional adaptation and easily fall into role dilemmas. The oppression of "reality shock", the imbalance of power status and the fragmentation of "possible self" are the main reasons for the formation of novice teachers’ role dilemma. In order to alleviate the role dilemma of novice teachers, teachers, schools and society need to cooperate and collaborate with each other, through optimizing the recruitment criteria, strengthening in-service training, integrating staffing and improving the evaluation system, so as to further define the role position, clarify the role boundaries and adjust the role loads, so as to enable novice teachers to find the appropriate stance and position in the complex relationships and boundaries, get out of the role dilemma, and promote the socialization of the individuals.
