文化自信视域下红色档案资源开发维度与路径探析

摘要: 文化自信以其独特的价值引领作用，深刻影响了红色档案资源的开发过程。文化自信 与红色档案资源开发在价值目标、价值观念和价值评价等层面呈现出紧密的耦合关系。在文化自 信的引领下，文章提出红色档案资源开发的四维框架，包括坚守为民服务的意识维度、厚植文化自 觉的方向维度、坚持守正创新的方法维度和促进交流互鉴的行动维度。在这一框架下，红色档案 资源开发不仅要坚持服务人民的根本理念，积极融入思政教育，还应致力于构建专题知识库，推动 红色文化的全球传播与交流，旨在全面而深入地挖掘红色档案资源，为传承红色基因、弘扬民族精 神、促进社会主义文化繁荣发展贡献智慧和力量。

Abstract: Cultural confidence, with its unique leading role in value, has profoundly influenced the development process of red archival resources. There is a close value coupling relationship between cultural confidence and the development of red archival resources in terms of goals, concepts, and evaluations. Based on the consideration of cultural confidence, the article proposes a four-dimensional framework for the development of red archival resources, including the consciousness dimension of serving the people, the direction dimension of cultivating cultural consciousness, the method dimension of adhering to integrity and innovation, and the action dimension of promoting communication and mutual learning. Under this framework, the development of red archival resources should not only adhere to the basic concept of serving the people and actively integrate ideological and political education, but also strive to build a thematic knowledge base, promote the global communication and exchange of red culture, and comprehensively and deeply explore red archival resources, thus contributing wisdom and strength to inheriting the revolutionary traditions, cultivating the national spirit, and promoting the prosperity and development of socialist culture.
