教育家精神引领下的新时代中小学教师队伍建设路径探究

摘要: 围绕教育家精神引领下新时代中小学教师队伍建设路径展开探究。从强化理想信念教育、厚植道德情操、提升育人智慧、激发创新活力、培育仁爱之心、拓展国际视野与文化传承意识六个方面进行阐述。在理想信念教育方面，开展多层次主题活动和挖掘报国典型案例；道德情操培养上，完善考核评价机制和建立监督激励体系。育人智慧提升涉及教育心理学知识培训和推广个性化教学模式及案例研究。创新活力激发通过鼓励科研与教学改革项目参与、搭建交流展示平台。仁爱之心培育着重于情感教育与沟通技巧培训和关注学生心理与特殊需求。国际视野与文化传承则开展国际教育交流研究和加强传统文化渗透，以此为教师队伍建设提供全面路径。

Abstract: This paper explores the path of building a new era of primary and secondary school teachers under the guidance of the spirit of educators. Itates on six aspects: strengthening education of ideals and beliefs, deepening moral sentiments, enhancing educational wisdom, stimulating innovative vitality, cultivating a heart full of kindness, expanding international vision and cultural heritage awareness. In terms of education of ideals and beliefs, it involves carrying out multi-level themed activities and exploring typical cases of patriotism. terms of moral sentiment cultivation, it includes improving the evaluation and assessment mechanism and establishing a supervision and incentive system. Enhancing educational wisdom involves training in educational psychology knowledge promoting personalized teaching models and case studies. Stimulating innovative vitality is achieved by encouraging participation in scientific research and teaching reform projects, and building a platform for exchange and display. Cultivating a heart full of kindness focuses on emotional education and communication skills training, and paying attention to students’ psychology and special needs. Expanding international and cultural heritage involves conducting international educational exchange research and strengthening the integration of traditional culture, thereby providing a comprehensive path for teacher team building
