基于内容分析的高校图书馆来华留学生读者服务策略研究

摘要: 本文针对国内高校图书馆为留学生提供的服务展开调查，分析国内高校图书馆开展留学生服务的现状，提出留学生服务的改进方法与提升策略，并探究高校图书馆讲好中国故事新路径。通过收集国内高校图书馆发布的留学生服务相关新闻信息，采用内容分析法，对新闻内容进行编码分析。研究发现，国内高校图书馆针对留学生的服务主要分为图书馆基础设施使用培训、以读者服务为核心的图书馆多维业务、面向留学生群体的文化服务。本文提出应加强留学生文献信息资源保障工作、细化读者服务内容、重视面向留学生群体文化服务的优化策略。

Abstract: This paper investigated and analyzed the services for international students provided by university libraries in China to propose improvement strategies for library services, as well as to explore new solutions for Chinese university libraries to speak Chinese good stories. This paper collected news report related to international student services provided by Chinese university libraries, and used content analysis method to code the news contents. The services provided by university libraries for international students are mainly divided into the training of how to use library infrastructure, multi-dimensional library services centered on reader services, and cultural services for international student groups. This paper argues that it is necessary to strengthen the supplement of literature and information resources, refine the content of reader services, and attach importance to the optimization strategy of library cultural services for foreign students.
