商业银行档案信息化建设探析——以109家商业银行调研为例

摘要: 文章首先通过问卷调研从组织机制与人才保障、档案管理系统建设、数字档案资源建 设、信息化平台建设等方面剖析了我国商业银行档案信息化建设现状；其次，指出了目前商业银行 档案信息化建设组织协调困难、人才保障不足，档案管理系统建设待完善，电子文档单轨单套管理 开展困难，档案数据化转型慢等问题；最后汲取了交通、兴业等知名商业银行档案信息化建设经验 并从完善档案信息化组织机制与人才保障，优化适配档案管理系统供给，推进电子文档单轨单套 管理，推动技术赋能档案数据开发等维度，提出了我国各类商业银行的档案信息化发展对策。

Abstract: Firstly, based on the investigation, this paper analyzes the current situation of the informatization of archives of commercial banks in China from aspects of organizational mechanism and talent guarantee, electronic records management system, digital archival resources, informatization platform. Secondly, it points out the problems of the informatization of archives, such as organization and coordination difficulties, insufficient talent guarantee, the imperfect electronic records management system, the difficulties in carrying out the single set filing management of electronic document, and the slow transformation of archives datafication. Finally, the study draws on the experience of well-known commercial banks such as Bank of Communications and Industrial Bank in the informatization of archives, and sets countermeasures for the development of the informatization of archives of commercial banks, for example, perfecting the organizational mechanism and talent guarantee, optimizing the supply of electronic records management system, promoting the single set filing management of electronic document, using technology to enable archival data development.
