图书“闪借”与高校图书馆阅读推广研究——以中国人民大学图书馆“新书闪借”为例

"Flash Borrowing" of Books and the Study of Reading Promotion in University Libraries — Taking the "New Book Flash Borrowing" of Renmin University of China Libraries as an Example

摘要: [目的/意义]图书闪借不仅是读者决策采购模式中的一种,更是阅读推广的新形式。读者通过线下书店/书展或线上平台的方式直接、迅速地借阅纸质图书,先借阅后编目入藏,有助于加快阅读推广的速度以及时间和空间上的拓展。[方法/过程]图书闪借活动的开展是对闪借推广目标、推广主体、推广内容、推广途径、推广对象、推广效果诸多阅读推广要素进行组织和配置的结果。借助人图闪借数据的分析结果,有助于定位宣传的重点人群、了解读者的阅读习惯、发现读者的阅读需求,促进阅读推广效果的进一步提升。[结果/结论]图书闪借在在助推阅读推广深入开展中还需要不断优化,如完善升级闪借平台、加强闪借推广力度、建立反馈评价体系等。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance]Flash borrowing of books is not only a type of Patron Driven Acquisitions but also a new form of reading promotion. Readers can directly and swiftly borrow paper books through offline bookstores/book fairs or online platforms, borrowing books before cataloging and adding them to the collection, which helps to accelerate the speed of reading promotion and expand it in terms of time and space.[Method/process]The implementation of flash borrowing activities is the result of organizing and configuring various elements of reading promotion, such as flash borrowing promotion objectives, subjects, content, channels, targets, and effects. Analyzing data from flash borrowing at Renmin University of China Libraries can help identify key groups for promotion, understand readers' reading habits, discover readers' reading needs, and further enhance the effectiveness of reading promotion.[Result/conclusion]To further promote the in-depth development of reading promotion, flash borrowing still needs continuous optimization, such as improving and upgrading the flash borrowing platform, strengthening the promotion of flash borrowing, and establishing a feedback and evaluation system.
