On the origin, connotation and discipline structure of computational social science
摘要: [目的/意义]当前,计算社会科学处在深度发展阶段,深入探究计算社会科学的缘起、内涵以及学科结构,不仅有助于深化对计算社会科学的理解,还能够为其未来发展方向提供有力的指导。[方法/过程]文章通过收集、整理计算社会科学领域的国内外相关文献,在梳理计算社会科学缘起背景与发展历程的基础上,阐述计算社会科学的概念要素、研究范式、研究方法等,并从学科角度思考计算社会科学的方法学科、技术学科、学科分支、学科应用及学科发展等,对计算社会科学的学科框架与学科结构进行分析研究。[结果/结论]计算社会科学的学科分支主要包括计算经济学、计算政治学、计算社会学、计算法学、计算心理学等,每个分支都在不同程度上结合了计算技术和各自领域的研究对象,形成了独特的研究方向和方法;学科应用主要涵盖经济学、政治学、社会学等领域,为商业决策、政策制定、社会治理等提供科学依据。计算社会科学作为一个不断发展的新事物,机遇与挑战并存,为了把握机遇并有效应对挑战,需要走稳健发展的道路,在理论构建、方法革新以及跨学科融合等多个层面进行深入探索,以此推动计算社会科学研究迈向新高度。
Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] At present, computational social science is in the stage of deep development. In-depth exploration of the origin, connotation and discipline structure of computational social science will not only help deepen the understanding of computational social science, but also provide powerful guidance for its future development direction. [Method/Process] By collecting and sorting out relevant literature in the field of computational social science at home and abroad, and on the basis of sorting out the origin background and development course of computational social science, this paper expounds the conceptual elements, research paradigms and research methods of computational social science. From the perspective of discipline, the author thinks about the methods, techniques, branches, applications and development of computational social science, and analyzes and studies the framework and structure of computational social science. [Result/Conclusion] The branches of computational social science mainly include computational economics, computational politics, computational sociology, computational law, computational psychology, etc. Each branch combines computing technology and research objects in its own field to some extent, forming a unique research direction and method. The application of the discipline mainly covers the fields of economics, politics, sociology, etc., providing scientific basis for business decision-making, policy making, social governance, etc. As a constantly developing new thing, computational social science has both opportunities and challenges. In order to grasp the opportunities and effectively deal with the challenges, it is necessary to take the road of steady development and carry out in-depth exploration at multiple levels such as theory construction, method innovation and interdisciplinary integration, so as to promote the research of computational social science to a new height.
