新质生产力赋能民族地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识

摘要: 新质生产力之于铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有高度的适配性，它通过赋能民族地区高质量发展、赋能各民族广泛交往交流交融、赋能民族地区人的现代化，夯实了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的物质基础、情感基础和人心基础。但在实践中还存在一定的现实困境，如利益结构深度调整增大新质生产力的赋能难度，公共资源供给不足影响新质生产力的赋能效果，多重风险叠加并存限制新质生产力的赋能空间。因此，民族地区要通过因地制宜发展新质生产力，正确处理效率与公平的关系；要赋予所有改革以“三个意义”，正确处理物质与精神的关系；要健全新质生产力体制机制，正确处理活力与秩序的关系；要加强意识形态风险防控，正确处理发展与安全的关系，以发挥新质生产力赋能铸牢中华民族共同体意识的强大动能。

Abstract: The new quality productive forces have a high degree of adaptability to foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. By enabling the high-quality development of ethnic areas， enabling the extensive“three exchanges”of ethnic groups，and enabling the modernization of people in ethnic areas，the new quality productive forces have consolidated the material foundation， emotional foundation and human heart foundation for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. However，in practice，there are still some realistic difficulties，such as the deep adjustment of interest structure increases the difficulty of enabling new quality productivity，the insufficient supply of public resources affects the enabling effect of new quality productivity， and multiple risks overlap and block the enabling space of new quality productivity. Therefore， the minority areas should properly deal with the relationship between efficiency and equity by developing new quality productive forces according to local conditions. By giving all reforms“three meanings”,correctly handling the relationship between material and spirit，improving the new quality productivity system and mechanism， correctly handling the relationship between vitality and order， we will strengthen the prevention and control of ideological risks and properly strike a balance between development and security，so as to give full play to the powerful driving force of new quality productive forces that can foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
