行动者网络参与乡村空间生产的实践过程与运作逻辑——基于国家级数字乡村试点地区五四村的实证考察

摘要: 数字乡村建设是乡村振兴的战略方向，在数字化转型背景下乡村空间行动者的治理实践直接影响着数字乡村建设的效能。研究以浙江省国家级数字乡村试点地区五四村为例，基于行动者网络理论，分析多元行动者参与五四村数字乡村建设的过程与逻辑。研究发现：五四村构建了县委、县政府、村党组织、村民、企业、数字技术等主要异质行动者的互构空间，使原来的空心村、贫困村转型成为全国数字乡村建设的先行示范地。在空间转译过程，多元行动者参与数字乡村建设经过了起步期的制度引导和刚性动员、成长期的能力培育与社会吸纳、深化期的可持续生产与内生性循环三个阶段性过程，从而建构高效运行的乡村空间生产网络。数字乡村建设各时期的空间生产行动逻辑会随着社会发展模式和生产方式的不同，影响行动者架构及其目标的变化，最终乡村空间朝向理性化美好生活的转变。

Abstract: The construction of digital rural areas is a strategic direction for rural revitalization, and the governance practices of rural spatial actors in the context of digital transformation directly affect the effectiveness of digital rural construction. Taking Wusi Village, a national pilot area for digital rural development in Zhejiang Province, as an example, this study analyzes the process and logic of multiple actors participating in the construction of digital rural areas in Wusi Village based on actor network theory. Research has found that Wusi Village has established a mutual construction space for major heterogeneous actors such as the county committee, county government, village party organization, villagers, enterprises, and digital technology, transforming the original hollow and impoverished villages into a leading demonstration area for national digital rural construction. In the process of spatial translation, the participation of multiple actors in digital rural construction has gone through three stages: institutional guidance and rigid mobilization in the initial stage, capacity cultivation and social absorption in the growth stage, and sustainable production and endogenous circulation in the deepening stage, thus constructing an efficient rural spatial production network. The spatial production action logic of digital rural construction in different periods will change with the social development mode and production mode, affecting the actor structure and its goals, ultimately leading to the transformation of rural space towards a rational and beautiful life.
