重新理解《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中马克思对黑格尔哲学的批判

摘要: 一直以来《1844年经济学哲学手稿》第三部分中“[对黑格尔的辩证法和整个哲学的批判]”（简称《批判》）历来受到学术界重视。这部分内容的写作动机解读形成了“准备材料说”和“突然写作说”，但这两种不同的观点都将限制在政治经济学背景下对青年黑格尔派批判语境中，这意味着一方面没有深入到这部分写作结构和写作意图，另一方面更忽视了马克思早期的政治批判理论线索。因此，我们需要重新理解《批判》的理论定位与写作意图。本文提出《批判》是《黑格尔法哲学批判》中政治批判的延续，即“政治批判延续说”。马克思不仅在《批判》中深化了《黑格尔法哲学批判》对黑格尔的思辨哲学的批判，还在《批判》中扩展了《黑格尔法哲学批判》的相关观点。

Abstract: "[The Criticism of Hegel’s dialectics and the Critique of the whole Philosophy]" (critique for short) has always been valued by the academic circles. This part of the writing motivation to form the "preparation materials" and "suddenly writing", but the two different views will be limited to the background of political economics to the youth Hegel criticism context, this means that on the one hand not into this part of the writing structure and writing intention, on the other hand more ignore the Marx’s early political critical theory clues. Therefore, we need to re-understand the theoretical positioning and writing intention of Criticism. This paper proposes that the Critique is the continuation of political criticism in The Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law, that is, "the continuation of political criticism". Marx not only deepened the criticism of Hegel’s speculative philosophy in Criticism of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law, but also expanded the relevant views of Criticism of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law in Critique.
