“双一流”学科建设背景下高校图书馆文献资源建设“灰局势决策平均测度空间”绩效评估模型及优化策略

摘要: 新一轮双一流建设将打破既有学科及专业壁垒，建立新兴交叉学科体系，实现融合发展，这必将凸显图书馆文献资源建设的重要性，通过对国内98所高校图书馆的问卷调查，构建了一套多维度评价指标体系，并科学量化各指标的权重；采用“灰局势决策平均测度空间”绩效评估模型探讨如何精准评估文献资源建设水平。通过实证研究，验证了该模型的适用性和有效性，并给出基于模型的高校图书馆文献资源建设优化策略。

Abstract: A new round of double first-class initiative construction will break the barriers of existing disciplines and specialties, establish a new interdisciplinary system, and achieve integrated development, which will highlight the importance of library literature resource construction; This paper discusses how to accurately evaluate the level of literature resources construction by using the performance evaluation model of "average measure space of grey situation decision-making". Through empirical research, the applicability and effectiveness of the model are verified, and the optimization strategy of literature resources construction in university libraries based on the model is given.
