突破模糊性困境：图书馆暗数据利用障碍及应对策略

摘要: [目的/意义]在图书馆对数据资产进行研究和利用的过程中,暗数据逐渐成为学者关注的热点话题,但也存在诸多挑战和争议。[方法/过程]为厘清暗数据的概念及其利用路径，本文从数据利用障碍这一重要问题出发，从目标定位、利用方向、技术手段三个角度对暗数据存在的数据利用相关问题进行梳理。[结果/结论]在此基础上，对这三个模糊性的关键因素、特征与对应的解决措施进行整合，构建了基于模糊性的暗数据利用障碍应对策略，并从实际应用的角度对暗数据的判定依据、核心争议、显性化路径进行探讨。该框架能够提供系统性的暗数据利用指导，有助于克服暗数据利用中的障碍，充分发挥暗数据在图书馆转型和发展中的重要作用，为用户提供更加个性化、高效和便捷的服务。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] In the process of researching and utilizing data assets in libraries, "dark data" has gradually become a hot topic of concern for scholars, but it also comes with many challenges and controversies. [Method/process] To clarify the concept and utilization path of dark data, this article addresses the critical issue of data utilization barriers by examining the problems related to dark data from the perspectives of target positioning, utilization direction, and technical means. [Result/conclusion]On this basis, the key factors, characteristics, and corresponding solutions of these three ambiguities were integrated to construct a fuzzy based strategy for addressing obstacles in the utilization of dark data. From the perspective of practical application, the judgment criteria, core controversies, and explicit paths of dark data were explored. This framework aims to provide systematic guidance on the utilization of dark data, helping to overcome the obstacles in dark data utilization, fully leveraging the important role of dark data in library transformation and development, and providing users with more personalized, efficient, and convenient services.
