面向中国式现代化的知识管理体系建构：理论阐释与实践路径*

摘要: [目的/意义]中国特色知识管理是中国式现代化的一个重要组成部分，探索和构建适合中国特色和需要的中国特色知识管理体系是实现中国式现代化的重要保障之一。[方法/过程] 本文在中国式现代化发展的背景下，探讨了构建本土化知识管理体系的理论逻辑和实践路径，构建了“一底两翼，一设计”的本土化知识管理体系框架。[结果/结论] 中国特色知识管理体系是一个动态发展的复杂体系。基于实践的现象是建构中国特色知识管理体系的基底，基本逻辑是从实践中来到实践中去；建立动态权变的知识管理模式和本土化创新认知范式是构建中国特色知识管理体系的两个重要策略；依托中国特色情景，融合百家之长与中华优秀传统文化，创新发展中国式元理论是构建中国特色知识管理体系的顶层战略。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Knowledge management with Chinese characteristics is an important part of Chinese-style modernization, and exploring and constructing a knowledge management system with Chinese characteristics that suits Chinese characteristics and needs is one of the most important guarantees for the realization of Chinese-style modernization. [Methodology/Process] In the context of Chinese-style modernization, this paper explores the theoretical logic and practical path of constructing a localized knowledge management system, and builds a localized knowledge management system framework of “one bottom, two wings and one design”. [Results/Conclusions] Knowledge management system with Chinese characteristics is a complex system with dynamic development. The phenomenon based on practice is the base of constructing knowledge management system with Chinese characteristics, and the basic logic is to come from practice to practice; the establishment of dynamic and changeable knowledge management mode and localized innovative cognitive paradigm are the two important strategies for constructing knowledge management system with Chinese characteristics; the top-level strategy for constructing knowledge management system with Chinese characteristics is to rely on Chinese characteristic scenarios, to integrate the strengths of a hundred schools of thought and the excellent traditional culture of China, and to innovate and develop the Chinese meta-theory. The top-level strategy of constructing knowledge management system with Chinese characteristics is to integrate the knowledge management model and localized innovative cognitive paradigm.
