安源精神融入大学生职业素质教育的策略研究

摘要: 探讨如何将安源精神融入大学生职业素质教育，以培养学生的综合素质和职业能力。通过历史情境教育、案例引导策略、实践项目设计以及跨学科融合策略等途径，本研究提出了一系列策略，旨在引导学生理解、内化和运用安源精神，为他们的职业生涯奠定坚实基础。

Abstract: This paper discusses how to integrate Anyuan spirit into college students’ professional quality education in order to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality and professional ability. Through historical situation education, case guidance strategy, practical project design and interdisciplinary integration strategy, this study puts forward a series of strategies, aiming at guiding students to understand, internalize and apply Anyuan spirit and laying a solid foundation for their career.
