Focusing on Students’ Core Competencies: Regional Training for Teachers through an "Online + Offline + Blended" Approach — An Empirical Study Based on the Mathematics Teachers’ Reading Class in Dongtai City
摘要: 以东台市数学教师读书班为例,探讨了教师“线上+线下+混合”区域研修模式。在2024年12月全国师生信息素养提升实践活动(第二十八届教师活动)现场交流背景下,分析了教师对学生核心素养培养方法的现存缺陷,包括教学理念滞后、教学方法单一、评价体系不完善以及跨学科融合不足等。通过线上自主研习、线下交流研讨、线上线下混合研修等方式,提出了针对性解决措施,旨在更新教学理念、创新教学方法、完善评价体系以及加强跨学科融合,从而提升教师教学能力,培养学生核心素养。研究表明,该研修模式对推动教育事业发展具有重要意义。
Abstract: Taking the reading class for mathematics teachers in Dongtai City as an example, this paper explores the “online + offline + hybrid” regional research and training mode for teachers. Against the background of the on-site exchange of the National Teachers and Students’ Information Literacy Promotion Practice Activity (the 28th Teachers’ Activity) in December 2024, the existing deficiencies in teachers’ methods of cultivating students’ core literacy are analyzed, include lagging teaching concepts, single teaching method, imperfect evaluation system, and insufficient interdisciplinary integration. Through online self study, offline communication and discussion, and online and offline hybrid research and training, targeted solutions are put forward with the aim of updating teaching concepts, innovating teaching methods, improving the evaluation system, and strengthening interdisciplinary integration, so as to improve teachers’ teaching ability and cultivate students’ core literacy. The research shows that this research and training mode is of great significance for promoting the development of education.
