Research on the Practice model and development Strategy of China's Elderly education in the New Era——Based on multi-case text analysis of elderly universities
摘要: 本文基于50份典型老年大学案例,创新性地构建了老年教育实践的“利益主体—目标设定—工具选择—成效评估”(“4I”)分析框架,进一步通过文本分析发现:老年教育机构是老年教育实践中的核心利益主体,老年教育实践主要强调老有所教和老有所学目标,呈现出以系统变革型工具为主的偏好性工具选择特征,文化领域取得成效最为突出。政府主体进行内容创新相对欠缺,不同目标设定维度命令型工具均占有重要地位,在宏观系统成效评估中命令型工具更为重要,在以人为本的成效评估中激励型工具应用占比更高。基于此,本文从优化主体结构、丰富教育目标、创新工具应用、强化综合效益及挖掘经济潜力等方面构建发展策略体系,以期全面提升老年教育效能。
Abstract: Based on 50 typical cases of universities for the elderly, this paper innovatively constructs the "stakeholder - goal setting - tool selection - effectiveness evaluation" (" 4I ") analysis framework of education practice for the elderly, and further finds through text analysis: Educational institutions for the elderly are the core interest subjects in the practice of education for the elderly. The practice of education for the elderly mainly emphasizes the goal of teaching and learning for the elderly, showing the characteristics of preferential tool selection based on systematic transformational tools, and the cultural field has achieved the most outstanding results. The content innovation of government subjects is relatively lacking, and the command tool occupies an important position in different goal-setting dimensions. The command tool is more important in the macro system effectiveness evaluation, and the incentive tool occupies a higher proportion in the people-oriented effectiveness evaluation. In view of this, this paper constructs a development strategy system from the aspects of optimizing the main structure, enriching the educational objectives, innovating the application of tools, strengthening the comprehensive benefits and tapping the economic potential, so as to comprehensively improve the efficiency of education for the elderly.
