兴边富民行动研究回顾与展望——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘要: 兴边富民行动是党和国家坚持民族平等、民族团结等政策及各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展的民族工作主题在国家治边领域的充分体现。本文采用CiteSpace知识图谱可视化分析技术，对兴边富民行动实施二十五年间的研究热点与发展趋势进行了全面的探讨。研究表明：兴边富民行动研究与其他学科相比年发文量较小，但发展势态良好；该领域已形成具有一定规模的合作团队，且研究机构分布具有鲜明的民族地域性特征。在研究热点方面，主要聚焦在理论探索、经验模式梳理、绩效案例和政策建议方面。在研究展望方面，研究过程要将绩效评价的单维向多维度拓展，核心观点上要将兴边富民行动的实践目标和推进乡村振兴、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、边疆地区中国式现代化有效衔接，研究方法上要突出多学科“共治”和点面结合、定量和定性结合，路径优化上要进一步优化边疆地区政策体系的差别化政策建议和促进边疆地区与全国同步实现现代化的区域协调发展新机制。

Abstract: The Action to Revitalize Border Areas and Enrich the People is a full embodiment of the national work theme of the Party and the state’s adherence to policies such as ethnic equality and unity， as well as the common struggle and prosperity of all ethnic groups in the field of border governance. In 1999， the Xingbian Fumin Action was initiated by the National Ethnic Affairs Commission in conjunction with the National Development and Reform Commission， the Ministry of Finance， and other departments. This article uses CiteSpace knowledge graph visualization analysis technology to comprehensively explore the research hotspots and development trends of the Xingbian Fumin Action implemented over the past 25 years. Research shows that the annual publication volume of the Xingbian Fumin Action Research is relatively small compared to other disciplines， but the development trend is good; A cooperative team with a certain scale has been formed in this field， and the distribution of research institutions has distinct ethnic and regional characteristics. In terms of research hotspots， the main focus is on theoretical exploration， empirical model sorting， performance cases， and policy recommendations. In terms of research prospects， the research process should expand the single dimension of performance evaluation to multiple dimensions. The core point of view should be to effectively link the practical goal of actions to revitalize the border areas and enrich the people with the promotion of rural revitalization， strengthen the awareness of the Chinese national community， and Chinese path to modernization in border areas. In terms of research methods， it should highlight multidisciplinary "co governance" and the combination of point and area， quantitative and qualitative. In terms of path optimization， it should further optimize the differentiated policy recommendations of the border area policy system and promote the new mechanism of coordinated regional development of border areas and the country to achieve modernization simultaneously.
