基于混合式方法的图书馆“RSPMSE”逻辑链协同创新服务模式构建—以支撑科技智库建设为例*

摘要: [目的/意义]本文探究如何将用户潜在需求与图书馆协同创新过程相融合，提出图书馆“RSPMSE”逻辑链协同创新服务模式。这对图书馆细粒度管理用户需求和确定服务优先级，重构一体化信息资源保障体系，最终提升服务质量和用户满意度具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于多元方法获取用户需求数据并识别需求主题，将需求主题转化为创新要素并实现重要度排序，再将创新要素划分为不同维度，然后结合相关原则生成系列创新服务路径，最终构建图书馆“RSPMSE”逻辑链协同创新服务模式。为了验证该模式的科学性、有效性和适用性，以图书馆支撑科技智库建设为例进行实证分析。[结果/结论]研究认为，逻辑链协同具有赋能图书馆精准化创新服务的潜力。作为逻辑链的共同主体，图书馆需要积极发挥交互、吸引和催化等作用，以保障逻辑链协同创新服务系统的稳定持续运行。在实践中，图书馆应将传统的用户需求分析升级为潜在需求的深层挖掘与转化，以集约整合与价值共创为归宿推进服务的生产、供给、推广和评估等活动，形成需求正向管理和服务逆向优化的信息协同治理生态。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance]This paper explores how to integrate the potential needs of users with the process of library co-innovation,and proposes the library“RSPMSE”logic chain co-innovation service model.It is of great significance for libraries to manage user needs and prioritize services at a fine-grained level,to reconstruct the integrated information resource guarantee system,and to ultimately improve service quality and user satisfaction.[Design/Methodology]Based on the multivariate approach,we obtain user demand data and identify the demand themes,transform the demand themes into innovation elements and realize the importance ranking,then classify the innovation elements into different dimensions,and generate a series of innovation service paths by combining the relevant principles,and finally construct the library“RSPMSE”logic chain collaborative innovation service model.In order to verify the scientificity,effectiveness and applicability of the model,an empirical analysis is carried out on the example of library support for the construction of science and technology think tank.[Findings/Conclusion]The study concludes that logic chain synergy has the potential of empowering libraries to precise innovation services.As a common subject of logic chain,libraries need to actively play the roles of interaction,attraction and catalyze to guarantee the stable and continuous operation of logic chain collaborative innovation service system.In practice,libraries should upgrade the traditional user demand analysis to the deep excavation and transformation of potential demand,and promote the production,supply,promotion and evaluation of services with intensive integration and value co-creating as the home,so as to form a collaborative information governance ecology with positive demand management and reverse service optimization.
