生命延续、信仰坚守与事业开创：论红色档案 记忆资源育人功能实现的伦理逻辑

摘要: 红色档案记忆资源是培育革命共同体及其接班人的生动素材，其开发利用活动以红色 生命延续、信仰坚守和事业开创的伦理逻辑塑就红色生命共同体、信仰共同体和事业共同体，以此 实现革命共同体及其接班人的接续发展。红色档案记忆资源开发在生命共同体中以代际记忆互 渗、意识同一和基因赓续，实现革命共同体代际传承与绵延；在信仰共同体中契合人类理性愿景、 坚定国家政治追求、坚持党的初心使命，以实现革命共同体信仰维系与坚守；在事业共同体中继承 先辈成就、践行先辈遗志、开创事业新篇，以实现革命共同体事业继承与开创。在三重伦理机理的 相互作用下，红色档案记忆资源得以培育具备家国情怀的革命事业接班人。

Abstract: The red archival memory resources are vivid materials for cultivating the community honoring the revolutionary spirit and its successors, and their development and utilization activities shape the red life community, belief community and cause community with the ethical logic of red life continuation, faith adherence and career creation, so as to realize the continuous development of the community honoring the revolutionary spirit and its successors. The development of red archival memory resources in the life community is achieved with inter-generational memory interconnection, will unity and spirit continuity, in order to achieve the revolutionary community inter-generational inheritance and continuity. In the community of faith, it conforms to the rational vision of human beings, firm pursuit of national politics, and adheres to the original mission of the Party, so as to maintain and adhere to the faith of the revolutionary community. In the cause community, the aim is to inherit the achievements of the ancestors, practice their will, create a new chapter of the cause, in order to achieve the revolutionary community cause inheritance and creation. Under the interaction of the triple ethical mechanisms, the red archival memory resources can cultivate the successors of the revolutionary cause who honor the family and the country.
