社会智库如何实现影响力?——基于“内容-渠道-组织”的三维分析

How Do Social Think Tanks Achieve Influence?--An Analytical Framework Based on "Content-Channel-Organization"

摘要: [目的/意义]影响力是智库的生命线,对于社会智库同样如此。由于在中国特色新型智库体系中位处制度性的弱势地位,社会智库在寻求影响力时面临着结构性困境,因此探索社会智库如何实现影响力具有重要现实意义。[方法/过程]梳理并整合已有研究文献,从社会智库寻求影响力所呈现的动态过程和依赖的实质条件出发,建构起一个“内容-渠道-组织”三维分析框架,以阐述社会智库实现影响力的具体方案和路径。[结果/结论]内容生产、渠道构建和组织建设从不同侧面一起发力、缺一不可,共同作用于社会智库影响力的实现;同时三者之间具有多维复杂的互动关系,它们相辅相成、两两强化,能够发挥“1+1+1>3”的效果。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Influence is the lifeblood of think tanks, and the same is true for social think tanks. Because of the institutional weak position in the new think tank system with Chinese characteristics, social think tanks face structural difficulties in seeking influence, so it is of great practical significance to explore how social think tanks achieve influence. [Method/Process] Combing and integrating existing research literature, considering the dynamic process and the substantial conditions on which social think tanks seek influence, the article constructs an analytical framework based on "Content-Channel-Organization" to demonstrate the specific methods and paths of social think tanks to achieve influence. [Result/Conclusion] Content production, channel construction and organization construction work together from different aspects, all of which are indispensable and work together to realize the influence of social think tanks; at the same time, the three have multi-dimensional and complex interactive relations, which complement each other and strengthen in pairs, and can play the effect of "1+1+1 > 3".
