摘要: 摘 要:[目的/意义]基于高校网络舆论情感的负性偏向现象,以不同事件主体类型为区分对其驱动机制进行深入探讨,探析负性偏向的具体成因与情感特点呈现,为我国高校舆论治理现代化的发展方向与进程提供启示与参考。[方法/过程]采用网络调查法与模糊集定性分析法,借助Python语言进行数据的收集与处理,在比较不同事件主体类型的高负性偏向与非高负性偏向组态规律的基础上,提取关键特征以明确各前因要素的关键作用。[结果/结论]研究发现(1)舆论情感的高负性偏向在不同事件主体下呈现出多样化组态特征,体现为“印象反噬驱动”、“信任违背驱动”、“共情刺激驱动”、“多因诱发驱动”型。(2)公众的威胁感知和态度评价在形成高负性偏向过程中起到重要作用。当公众的威胁感知激活,会引发对高校的态度质疑,从而加剧舆论的负性倾向。(3)拟态环境与情感环境共同塑造了网络舆论的情感基调,开放但不失控的情感环境能够有效抑制负性偏向的发展,反之则可能加速其扩散。
Abstract: Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Based on the phenomenon of negative bias in online public opinion in colleges and universities, this paper discusses its driving mechanism in depth by distinguishing different event subject types, exploring the specific causes and emotional characteristics of negative bias, and providing inspiration and reference for the development direction and process of modernization of public opinion governance in colleges and universities in my country. [Method/Process] The network survey method and fuzzy set qualitative analysis method were used, and the Python language was used to collect and process data. On the basis of comparing the configuration rules of high negative bias and non-high negative bias of different event subject types, key features were extracted to clarify the key role of each antecedent factor. [Result/Conclusion] The study found that (1) the high negative bias of public opinion showed diversified configuration characteristics under different event subjects, which were reflected in the types of "impression backlash drive", "trust violation drive", "empathy stimulation drive" and "multi-cause induction drive". (2) The public's threat perception and attitude evaluation play an important role in the formation of high negative bias. When the public's threat perception is activated, it will trigger doubts about the attitude of colleges and universities, thereby exacerbating the negative tendency of public opinion. (3) The simulated environment and the emotional environment jointly shape the emotional tone of online public opinion. An open but not out-of-control emotional environment can effectively inhibit the development of negative bias, while conversely it may accelerate its spread.
