Campus bullying: tearing apart the hypocritical fig leaf of education, family, and society
摘要: 校园霸凌现象近年来频发,严重威胁青少年身心健康与校园秩序。本文以多起典型霸凌案例为切入点,深入剖析霸凌问题的本质、霸凌者的心理状态及霸凌行为所触犯的法律条款。综合运用教育学、心理学、法学等多学科理论,揭示霸凌行为背后复杂的成因,并从学校、家庭、社会、法律制度等多个维度提出系统性的治理策略,旨在为解决校园霸凌问题提供全面且深入的理论支持与实践指导。
Abstract: Campus bullying has become a frequent phenomenon in recent years, seriously threatening the physical and mental health of young people and campus order. This article takes multiple typical cases of bullying as the starting point to deeply analyze the essence of bullying, the psychological state of bullies, and the legal provisions violated by bullying behavior. By comprehensively applying interdisciplinary theories such as education, psychology, and law, this study aims to reveal the complex causes behind bullying behavior and propose systematic governance strategies from multiple dimensions including schools, families, society, and legal systems. The goal is to provide comprehensive and in-depth theoretical support and practical guidance for solving the problem of campus bullying.
