教育强国战略驱动下大学图书馆资源建设的优化策略探究——基于国内外案例分析

摘要: 教育强国战略为我国大学图书馆资源建设带来了新的挑战与机遇。通过文献研究法和案例分析法，梳理国内外相关研究成果，揭示大学图书馆资源建设面临资源需求多样化、数字化转型困境、资金与人才短缺等挑战，同时也迎来政策支持、教育理念变革及信息技术进步带来的机遇，并通过剖析哈佛大学、清华大学等国内外典型高校图书馆的资源建设实践从中寻找参考借鉴，提出大学图书馆需从资源结构优化、技术应用创新、合作共享拓展、人才队伍建设等多方面进行改进，以期推动大学图书馆资源建设的优化与升级，更好地服务于教育强国战略，满足我国新时代高等教育教学与科技创新的需求。

Abstract: The strategy of building a leading country in education brings new challenges and opportunities to the resource construction of university libraries in China. Through the methods of literature research and case analysis, this paper combs the relevant research results at home and abroad, reveals that university library resource construction faces challenges such as diversified resource demands, difficulties in digital transformation, and shortages of funds and talents. At the same time, it also seizes the opportunities brought by policy support, the transformation of educational concepts, and the progress of information technology. By analyzing the resource construction practices of typical university libraries at home and abroad, such as Harvard University and Tsinghua University, this paper seeks references and proposes that university libraries need to make improvements in aspects like optimizing the resource structure, innovating technology applications, expanding cooperation and sharing, and building a talent team, so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of university library resource construction, better serve the strategy of building a leading country in education, and meet the needs of higher education teaching and scientific and technological innovation in the new era of China.
