智慧图书馆阅读空间评估体系重构：源于业态重塑与空间再造的思考

摘要: [目的/意义]信息化与智能化技术推动智慧图书馆成为新趋势，其业态重塑与服务转型对提升效能至关重要。针对智慧图书馆阅读空间评估体系的重构探索，旨在积极应对时代变迁的挑战，优化服务架构，以期在用户体验层面实现显著增强。[方法/过程]通过对近现代图书馆发展历程的回顾，深入剖析了图书馆业态重塑、空间再造与评估体系重构之间的内在联系，然后在分析驱动因素的基础上，详细阐述了评估重构的底层逻辑与基本原则，明确了智慧图书馆空间评估的定位、关键要素以及各维度的评估要点，制定了分层级的评估策略与具体的方法路径。[结果/结论]提出了多维动态评估框架，并主张以此框架为核心，将评估重点聚焦于用户体验的优化与资源利用效能的提升之上。从各级图书馆的定位与价值基础出发，设计了一套具有针对性和适用性的评估策略，以满足不同层次图书馆在智慧化转型过程中的实际需求。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The advancement of information and intelligent technologies has propelled the emergence of smart libraries as a new trend, with their business model reshaping and service transformation being crucial for enhancing efficiency. The exploration of reconstructing the evaluation system for reading spaces in smart libraries aims to actively address the challenges posed by the changing times, optimize service structures, and achieve notable enhancements in user experience. [Method/Process] By reviewing the development history of modern and contemporary libraries, this study delves into the intrinsic connections among library business model reshaping, space redesign, and evaluation system reconstruction. Based on an analysis of driving factors, it elaborates on the underlying logic and fundamental principles of evaluation reconstruction, clarifies the positioning, key elements, and various dimensional assessment points for smart library space evaluation, and formulates hierarchical evaluation strategies and specific methodological approaches. [Result/Conclusion] A multidimensional dynamic evaluation framework has been proposed in response to this change, and it is advocated that this framework should be used as the core to focus the evaluation on optimizing user experience and improving resource utilization efficiency. Starting from the positioning and value foundation of libraries at all levels, a targeted and applicable evaluation strategy has been designed to meet the actual needs of libraries at different levels in the process of intelligent transformation.
